A: The inspection report is designed to be an informational tool. Our complete non-invasive, visual home inspection includes:

A: The purchase of a home is the most costly investment most people make. The home is visually inspected inside and outside for defects which could be costly if not discovered in time. The inspection is a limited visual inspection and not technically exhaustive.

A: You choose your inspector. Setting the time and date of the inspection may be done by you or by an authorized agent.
A: The inspection process takes approximately 1 hour per 1000 square feet. This time can vary based on the property being inspected.
A: Whether you attend or not, is really up to you. We do encourage you to attend the inspection. It gives you a chance to see the inspection process first hand and it gives us a chance to go over the report one on one with you and address questions about the inspection, while we are still at the property.
A: Yes! We deliver a report of our findings with color photos and comments within 24 hours. Currently we will email the report to you in a PDF file. We are still available to you after you receive the report, and you can always call us with questions.
A: No. Those costs should be quoted by qualified contractors, professionally licensed technicians, or companies that are in the repair business.
A: No. Depending on the terms of the sales contract, repair items are either accepted “as-is” or may be negotiated between the buyer and seller. Please refer to your agent for advise in this area and remember, the report is primarily an information tool.
A: The client that is having an inspection done pays for inspection. We accept cash, check, money order and all major credit cards at the time of inspection, or you can call our business number, (901)800-6807, with a card, receipt will be provided.
A: Yes! All utilities must be on prior to the inspector’s arrival. The inspection cannot be thoroughly completed if the utilities are not on. This will result in an additional return visit fee. Your agent can arrange for the utilities to be turned on.
A: No they are not! Our report is delivered in a very timely manner and is easy to read. We don’t bog the report down with disclaimers, we do take pictures of our finding with comments directly below pictures, and attempt to make the report easy to read. We also include a summary page. Not all inspectors provide this.
A: Yes. Home warranties do not cover many components of your home and may include severe restrictions which could void the warranty. These restrictions may include pre-existing conditions. An inspection may prevent this from occurring and may reveal defects that would not fall under the umbrella of a home warranty.
